MDOP 2010 Refresh available

I downloaded MDOP 2010 at the beginning of Mar, so I didn't catch that MDOP 2010 Refresh was released 31 Mar 2010. The only thing that I'm interested at the present time is App-V & I see that there is a newer version of App-V v.4.6 available (v.4.6.0.20200). There's nothing in the release notes that gives me any idea what may have been updated: http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/ee958115.aspx, but I did find that the version change was only for multiple language version: http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/appvclients/thread/50378dc9-63d7-4d13-bed0-bda2c07cc874. The current RDS Client is also version 4.6.0.20200. If I wanted to stick with the RTM / EN version only, was there a 4.6.0.1523 RDS Client? If 'Yes', where would that be obtained? Haven't found it yet.

I think that there was no prior version of the App-V for RDS client published. At leaste I also never noticed/found it.
