App-v combined with Inventory Software

I having a issue with App-V 5.1 and Snow Software asset inventory management.

Applications distributed via App-V ends up cached in C:\ProgramData\App-V.

C:\ProgramData\App-V\AC5A1531-6A75-4080-B0AE-6C8BAF4EB251\7C0ED347-0DBC-4AB5-9C1D-6C86CC0B8BCD\Root\VFS\ProgramFilesX86\Google Chrome\19.0.1084.52.
This folder contains the full set of files, in this example for Google chrome.

The problem occurs when a user with no rigths to the application logs in to the system.
The files in ProgramData is recognized (they are obviously there) and the user gets the application as installed in our Asset Managment software.
